Who We are

The registrar is appointed to the office of the registrar by the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America;

The registrar has signed a Letter of Acceptance and Acknowledgement for the office of the registrar ;

The Office of Deeds and Recordings is within the office of the registrar for the Government of The United States of America;

What We Do

The primary function of the Office of Deeds and Recordings is to preserve and publish within the Office of Deeds and Recordings , a variety of documents that determine ownership of property such as Automobile Chain of Title and Certificates of Transfer, Quit Claim Deeds, and Grant Deeds; as well as maintaining Proof of Life Certificates, death Certificates , etc.

Our Mission

The Office of Deeds and Recordings has 2 missions:

Mission #1 is to record and replace nefarious contracts with human rights compliant contracts and agreements. Many contracts from the United Nations to the local level are filled with human rights violations that need to be addressed. The mission does not include interfering with the contract rights of people;

Mission #2 is to show where existing contracts have many nefarious intents within the small print; or the process written within the contract; violate the human rights of the parties.
